Prep the Reta
Wash your hands throughly
Rub the injection site with alcohol pad
Take your dosage
Inject it diagonal, not straight (straight is for intra muscular)
And slowly inject then remove it
Put the protection cap back on and throw it away in a sharps container

Search up “how to inject peptides” there’s some thread and he posted a video of doing it

Optional: massage after injection for better absorption
