Would this Reta protocol be effective? I'm roughly 19- 22% body fat as of right now. 172lbs post refeed & 5'11.5.

FYI, you shouldn’t plan ahead with reta, it’s more of a trial and error sorta thing. adjust your dose accordingly based on what you tolerate, and only titrate up the dose when the last one becomes noticeably less effective. hope this helps.

Ah I see. I started reta in July at 193lbs so I'd say I might be more sensitive to the med now. My last dose was Aug 1st, I believe.
