How to keep 2b-2c hair healthy and soft

I use sulfate free shampoos every 3-4 days
Use Aussie moisturizing conditioner after a shampoo. Every 4-5 days I use curl creams.
Should I drop the curl cream. The only reason I use it is due to it leaving my hair looking moisturized. Without it my hair is really frizzy. I need to know how to keep it soft and not frizzy

Yes agreed. After I shower my hair frizzes so much I want to cry. And at my crown at the back of my head the hair just sticks up. Sometimes I pray to wake up with straight hair. I think straight hair is better. Fact that I have thick hair makes it even more worse
