How to (kinda) enjoy doing homework more

Just pretend its like sudoku or like a crossword puzzle or some game.

Harder than it sounds I know but get this:

Scientifically they literally use the same parts of your brain and are literally the same in every way except for one difference: Pressure

Literally the only difference between doing like sudoku/some puzzle game and math hw or hw in general is stigma. Pressure/stakes/negative connotation is literally the only difference physically. The only difference is in your head.

This is hard when your life depends on grades and money and you dont want to be seen as adumbass yadda yadda etc but if you let go of that unironically you get over those and they don’t happen.

Stop seing it as more than it is:
A thing

cooking and math hw and taxes and playing videogames are just things you do.

Stop adding an emotional connotation (unless it benefits you)

Or just use ChatGPT. Homework makes me feel like a slave, and putting my mind to it feels like I’m in total and complete submission to the system.
