My surgeon and ortho said that I have paranasal flatness and want to do a big lf1 movement
I don't want this and would prefer a small lf1 movement with more CCW rotation as I have a small mandible and chin.
However they said that this isn't a great idea because I have paranasal hollowing which I don't think I have, and that more lf1 would be best.
Thoughts? What should I do?
