How to know if growth plates are closed?

my puberty started early on. (I don’t remember when), but I’m 15 and have a full grown moustache and have a bit of goatee patch. My tanner stage is somewhere between 3-4. I haven’t grown since 12. But my jawline has gotten sharper over the course of 2 years. Is it fucking over for me? X-rays aren’t an option. So is there anyway to figure shit out at home?
