Ti feel a little weird and hurt, slight numbness when i want to lift my tongue, it's numb mainly at the tip of my tongue even though i try to lift the body and base of my tongue up, i'm also straining quite a bit to keep my tongue from falling down or misaligning it, holy shit

i agree mewing is cope most of the simple shit here is cope like softmaxxing is cope bc it won't fix your bones to some extent but there comes palate widening in your teens most mfs got zygos from that some saw good results from hgh and test so it wouldn't hurt to try right? no don't u say surgery is cope too😭😭

I didn’t say expanders are cope. Steroids/peptides for height and bonemass are crazy copes tho
