Its truly over , genuinely nothing can even save this. You are permanently fucked , almost every other flaw can be fixed even with some copious amounts of surgery
But if your ipds shit your lifes just over , better luck next time

2: turbomanlet height
I dont belive its over as long as you are above 5ft 4 tbh. You could still get triple ll and fraud with height lifts
But if you are midget height such as 5ft 1 and bellow , its just over even after 200k on surgeries you will be avg invisible height , and possibly even worse still under avg

3: shit skull size
Same with ipd but it isnt the end of the world , its just u will permanently have a failo thats impossible to fix and you will have to live with it for the rest of your life , surgeries cant help
