When i discovered mewing i perceived that i always had the tip of my tongue in the roof of the mouth, but not the back. But tbh im the opposite o John Mew says, i thumb sucked until 7, mouth breathed my whole life (Mouth slighty open) and always had shitty posture, but never had crocked teeth
