It's in my top 3, it's very niche though, most gamers that want instant gratification and stimuli like FPS are probably not going to like it, if you enjoy captivating atmospheres and deep philosophical and psychological tangents it's the best game ever made along with a select few others. You're basically playing a retro-futuristic Dostojevskij novel.

I have an asymmetrical face, can u explain how to postion tongue, also it only touches my left upper second molar does that count as a narrow palate even tho dentist told me that i have a wide one ( maybe lying i dont trust foids)

There’s not much to do beside chirurgy, try to loose weight and sleep on your back maybe, some facial exercices may help a bit too
