not really, my little brother had full beard at 14 and kept developing. Meanwhile I don't even have a full beard at 19 and still growing. We are both white

You don't finish developing physically until around 18-20, but your growth-plates, which I'm sure you're more interested in close at around 16 for the average male.

You're probably not done developing, but don't expect much more height, maybe an inch if you're lucky. Maybe.

I just felt like I was done. Like I looked at my parents and I just knew I wouldn’t grow anymore because I was already taller than my dad by half a head
