lets say you get your bimax through the irish state then what. ur gonna get a bluepilled irish surgeon that is gonna forward you mandible and maxilla 0000000.1 milimeters. They only care about fixing your non existent breathing and sleep anea problem. You are way better of saving money for a blackpilled surgeon. not even blackpilled but willing to give you what you want compared to irish surgeons
