When getting surgeries, some of you may face the dreading moment of having to tell your family or friends, but you can avoid or minimize the impact of shame.
here's a tutorial on how to avoid people asking you if you had surgery or to keep them from noticing:
Otoplasty: grow your hair and the sides so long it covers your ears, keep it like that for a couple of months until you get the surgery and act like nothing.
Bimax: same method as otoplasty, just grow a beard out enough to cover the recession, or larp "medical issues"
Rhinoplasty: unless the change is subtle, you're probably just going to have to be honest, OR tell them "accutane slimmed my nose":jfl:
Hair transplant: isn't taboo anymore, just be honest.
Implants: you "lost weight" and your structure finally showed
Any changes to the eye area (unless orbital decompression)
then you can just tell them you "fixed your sleep".
