How to larp to get MSE?

This is my side profile and I feel like my maxilla is recessed

This is my palate and I can’t tell if it’s narrow or not. I feel like it is and I want an MSE. Is this narrow enough to get an MSE, or is there more larping I have to do to my orthodontist? Is there anyway I can forcibly get sleep apnea or fuck up my maxilla more so my orthodontist has to give it to me?

mouth breathe hard but its already pretty narrow so they should give it as long as you complain about your tongue posture

I’ve heard people get success by mouth breathing in the orthodontist office, complaining about the mouth breathing, and then making stuff up about airway issues

id say just complain that your tongue doesnt fit well in your moth and that theres not enough space then probabky your best bet

Alr thanks, the mouth breathing while in the office is smart as hell, thank you I wouldn’t have thought about that. Would’ve accidentally been nasal breathing without thinking.
