cut out salt, drink hella water and sleep extremely elevated, with like 5 pillows and sleep on your back

gua sha also and do facial excersises, and don’t eat hard foods

you will debloat like CRAZY
 
drink lots of water, sprint and use ice on ur face maybe?
 
from my personal experience what debloated me hard when I was still kinda fat was 1 hour of cardio

Anything except high potassium and low salt is cope when it comes to face.

Do keto and stay hydrated, however bloat = recessed most of the time

Don’t eat 1 day before the dance, drink lots of water and over dose potassium.

Ice face just before the dance, Guasha and sleep elevated.

this is all good advice except overdose in potassium u cant mog while dead! (serious guys beware of potassium it actually kills if high dose)

overdose i mean 6/7 grams of chloride. Won’t kill you.

yeah it's just because some people have no idea potassium can be dangerous if concentrated

When I eat fast food I take 5600mg of potassium at a time 3 times a day. I just have to make sure I don’t shit myself each time.

Everything here is bullshit, listen to me, start fasting, sleep on 2+ pillows on your back, drink 5+ litres of water each day and drink a shitton of coconut water

I think my body just adapted. Before I literally almost had heart attacks and stomach anches and thought I was going to die. Would literally lie in bed in agony sometimes. Spent half the day on the toilet too. Now I’m used to the taste and everything.
