i guess calculate maintenance calories and eat like 200+ below that and/or fast regularly

calorie deficit. stick to whole foods and keep protein intake high.

Intermittent fasting + coffee + Cardarine is great. But be careful with cardarine.

Water, water and more water. Cut carbs significantly over time. Eat slightly less than usual and stay active.
