Leanmaxxing has to be the most impactfful and beneficial looksmaxx one could ever achieve without surgery

Yet it's much more complicated than some here make it out to be. By just "eating less" not only are you fucking your metabolism up but you'll also lose a lot of muscle which absolutely sucks. Also say goodbye to your T levels jfl.

I've been bulking for 8 months now, and although I'm the closest to "ripped" I've ever been, I looksminned HARD in that short period of time and let's face it, FACE is everything.

Basically who knows how to shed some fat and not become a twink again?

I am currently going through this. The trick I learned is that you do only 25% caloric deficit and get most of the calories from Protein. I have gained much more muscles and lost bunch of fat. I sometimes do only 1000 calorie a day or two, but not more than 3 days straight. Low calories can be bad if done for a longer period of time (in my case more than 3 days). Food should be very healthy and not junk.. I drink 4 scoops of protein shakes (96g protein and 480 carlories) then rest with chicken breast and some side vegetables. I eat a lot of mushrooms and other fiber food to fill up.

Yeah and basic stuff like weight training and cardio. Also, have realistic expectations that some muscle loss is inevitable. The goal is too keep MOST of the muscles. So keep training and diet on point. Count your macros. You need to limit carbs when you are losing weight.
