Keep protein up always. Do high calorie burning exercise such as swimming (what I do). Avoid ultra processed food and try speeding up your metabolism. For me just taking plain cope cjc 1295 was enough. Also just drink celcius for a small metabolism speed boost, it will help you lean out.dont worry, i got ya
