eat less, more steps, more healthy food, less unhealthy food, more no cal soft drinks, try to sleep as consistently as possible, chew gum, eat fewer times per day, no big changes at once do it all gradually no variation by more than a couple hrs/couple hundred cals day by day
The @WonkyChin186 way is the method. The steps may be reduced due to classes, but that keeps you busy.

Also, just use your packed schedule to your advantage, as if you stay busy, food won’t always be on your mind. The food noise also becomes less over time.

Things like caffeine also help as well as things such as stims and nicotine. But, of course, it’s a slippery slope using those.

Don’t starve to death, but you can lock in, man.

Make little bit of money to buy a lot of drugs

what type of drugs tho also if i got caught using drugs i wont be having my degree😢
DNP, {T3, T4}-(For thyroid supplementation)-

-All oral, would be easy to claim the latter set are scripts, or hiding them in a separate container of supplements, but living in a dorm makes the DNP impossible pretty much, roommates (probably) + legally it is considered an accelerant + flammable, and considered to lack medical use though isn't schedule 1, it is banned by WADA and banned for human use, only plus is it's easy to buy in the U.S because it has industrial use

Unsure about what I would do in your shoes to be honest, dorm situation is quite limiting and it isn't worth risking expulsion to get lean, worst case you may have to learn to eat less without meds I'm sure there is some advice on here for people trying to juggle required dorm living and leaning out

I guess you could start by inquiring about threads made by persons in similar situations, that is trying to get lean (you probably mean shredded, which just makes the idea of doing it without drugs even more ridiculous, like 1/1000 males between 18-49 are even 12%, that isn't even shredded, facially anyhow) at school, and reposting this thread in the looksmaxxing section as this subforum has little traction

Stat above isn't meant to be demeaning, as I think anyone can get lean (dunno about saying "anyone" for really lean, being sub-10), rather a device to show how meaningless the idea of "getting your mind off food" is (long-term in particular), as for most people that's a fight, telling someone to maintain 11-12% is practically telling them to go study for an IQ of 145, as hunger hormone signaling has a similarly significant genetic tie to persons given relative modern environmental autonomy with regards to food consumption, which you certainly have at a dorm
