Was struggling to get a job for weeks (view my previous threads) and now i got a offer to work at a hotel (19 a hour). Just fucking lol if you dont lie on your resume
For starters lying on a resume isnt a crime at all so even if you did get caught it doesnt matter anyways
also a thing to realize is that employers dont actually give a fuck aboht verifying work experience 99% of the time unless you are going into some high end field like stem or nursing or some shit. I filled out a fake application and put my fake textnow phone number as the company number and i only got one call for verification (in which i pretended to be the company). These hiring managers are rhere to read your application for 5-10 seconds (literally), see your qualifications, and schedule the interview, very few will actually spend the time to call your references, this is especially true when you think about it in terms of numbers (eventually one person will forget to check or not care about checking).
Now the key to lying on your resume is put info that is either hard or impossible to verify. For example if you lie about work experience its a good idea to put
A) a fake company completely (not the best of ideas but it can work)
B) a company that got shut down (probably the best one since if their shut down theres nobody they can call to verify your employement)
C) put a legit company but put a fake phone number, i even put my number and they would call me and i would pretend to be a manager
Also put lower end companies or volunteer places since they usually don't have a extensive system that keeps track of employees. I put random churches and claimed i was the head of caregiving services jfl.
Another thing is in your application be detailed af. When you are vague about the tasks and duties employers are more likely to verify then if u say stuff only someone with that experience would know
You can even put real places you actually worked at but put fake positions or duties
Also when lying about college i recommend researching colleges that don't release student info upon request (most colleges don't do that so the only way to verify if you go there is through you sending them proof)
Now remember this will work for the lower end jobs making 50k a year, if you are trying to be a doctor or some shit fully lying will not work lmao.
But yea just lie and bullshit about everything, if you get hired and they expect you to know somethingn just learn the same day jfl or use chatgpt

Make sure to lie about your name too. You want to sound high class af. Remember, the person doing the interview isnt the same person doing the background checks so just tell them a fake name then when submitting the background checks you can put your real name or just say your name got changed or some shit if they ask why (they probably wont)
so yea nigga its pretty simple. No lie = no jobs in 2025 thanks to the competition
