MSM and NAC can help lighten eyes and turn them brown or green depending on genetics

Google, "MSM lightens eyes."

many black women have been doing it for years

Quote:My eyes is now bark brow !!

Before : Deep balck
Dosage : 4000mg with 1000 mg Vit c - Once daily !
NAC and MSM are both antioxidants

some people also say that after they go on a "raw food diet" aka high fruit diet aka high antioxidant diet their eye color starts to lighten or even change completely

I've been taking msm for a bit hasn't made a difference

does it take like 5 years?

If you have hazel maybe light brown eyes or lighter you can theoretically lighten your eyes with MSM, Vitamin C, Glutathione and Alpha Arbutin. Altough you probably wouldnt be able to turn a hazel eye to a blue eye. I know that some companies who uses lasers to lighten eyes also use Alpha Arbutin to eyedrops to lighten eyes. But according to them Alpha Abutin dont give drastic results. That dont mean it dosent work tough it but that you probably wont be able to change to change a brown eyes to blue.

Dosage is bluepilled. 1 full teaspoon minimum
i do 1 teapsoon a day

should I do more?

I think you're supposed to do divided dosage if you take more than one

Would this also lighten the limbal ring

There's this Turkish clinic that claims to have a good laser procedure but it's hard to get data from other sources:
https://mylumineyes.com/

Otherwise there's keratopigmentation that is more invasive but tried and tested.

Finally I have found this method but it hasn't been approved in the US yet:

How do you know it’s from positive factors like high antioxidants, and not from negative factors like nutritional deficiencies due to lack of meat in the diet?

Legit just depends on how much blue is there and how well you can administer tyrosine Inhibitors to the eye

My dad and brother both thought they had brown/hazel eyes but when I took a picture it was clearly blue underneath them both with brown covering it, making then appear hazel.

If either of them ran a good enough stack they could have blue eyes even though there are just some blue spots now

However it'd end up looking green first due to having less brown and more blue, but still some brown affecting the color.

Most light brown eyes have some blue under for this reason, they wouldn't be as light otherwise

Blue isn't even a color it's just an effect of light reflected in your eye

Like it's a color ofc but if you cut open an eye you wouldn't see blue anywhere

It's just like the background refraction that sends it back out as blue

So if ur not t50 negroid there's hope

Msg me if you are tho those are the lads who really need it most 👺

Probably but it was a long time a read about it. Also i dont know where you could buy these eyedrops
Eye drops don’t work.

Supplements do though, Vitamin C, NAC and MSM. I haven’t tried it myself so I don’t know optimal dosages but the supplements work by influencing melanin production.

Though your results will depend on your genetics since the cysteine concentration threshold is more than likely different depending on your race and skintone. This is why I theorize that a few laser eye sessions may be necessary to achieve ideal results.

What if you made eye drops with these ingredients and used a diol to be utilised / more bioavailable?

What decides which type of melanin pigment is produced is the cysteine concentration in the cell.

So the ideal method would be the most bio-available one which is ingestion or injection(not feasible for most people).

Are you concerned about changing pigment everywhere? The lightening effect isn’t going to be drastic so your eye colour will become a few shades lighter but your hair and skin won’t be significantly affected

Absolutely, I have like turquoise eyes with light brown hair and tanned skin (naturally I am like 80% ginger, fair skin etc. but MT2 made my hair light brown and skin a deep tan + I dye my lashes and brows), I want to keep the hair and skin as dark as possible and eyes as light as possible.

The supplements might be a bigger commitment than you want since you’ll have to take them for a significant amount of time and the fact that you’re ginger might cause them to turn you into a vampire since you’re pheomelanin dominant by default.

Melanin in the eyes though sticks around way longer than the melanin in hair and skin so you can use the supplements for 4 months to a year to get some results than cycle MT2 to get back your previous tan and hair colour.

And MT2 in normal dosages doesn’t affect eye colour so you won’t lose any gains you make,
Still I believe the more pheomelanin dominant someone is the higher their potential is but I could be spouting bullshit since I’m just coming to conclusions on my own. Also gingers produce less melanin in general regardless of melanin type so the results might not come as fast as you’d like them to.

But this brings up the possibility of using these supplements in combination with MT2, sun exposure will cause skin to darken through oxidation of pre-existing melanin so the issue of losing your tan would be gone, I can’t say the same thing for hair though.

Sorry I took so long to reply but I hope this information helps

Extremely high IQ, thanks.
Do you don’t think there is a way what so ever when it comes to eye drops? Not even to artificially lighten them - not just decrease melanin?

I don’t know tbh, I know eye drops can improve the colour of the sclera but lowering melanin from the outside doesn’t seem possible unless it’s caused by some form of damage.

And your eyes are already blue right? It’s probably too much trouble for what it’s worth, keeping your current colouring is probably ideal since going back to paleskin + ginger hair is going to tank your SMV.
