From what I can see your hairstyle lacks volume on the sides and is too tall on the top, which doesn’t suit your face. I would recommend an animal based diet to clear skin. As for hardmaxxing I would look into a MARPE or commisurroplasty for your lips which aren’t wide enough.

Just chill (im 30 and been reading the arly version of looksmax stuff since I was 16). You are not near fully developed. Maintain good health habits, work on your social skills and dont worry about how you look. Women are fkin delusional and they rationalise all your negatives if they like you. Just put yourself in as many social situations as possible.
