How to loose 10kg in 2 weeks?

At 115kg rn weigh in needs to be 105in 2 weeks. Does 1h cardio /2k cals a day work?
eating rn 2.7k cals and 20-30min cardio.

youd need to be in a 5,500 calorie deficit per day.... not possible even with gulagmaxxing and dnp.

say 10lb are water wight, if you can afford to be that dehydrated, then you only need aa 3000 kcal deficit.

say your baseline is 2500-3000, you seem pretty big, starvemax and go gym and cardio. and then cut 10lbs in water.

not advisable or easy tho. why the deadline. comp?

Yeh powerlifting. If I go in the 105kg class I have 1 place and a trip to Finland lol, thx for the help, I will not die i hope...
 
yeah ur cooked ur gonna have to eat nothing and do hella cardio everyday
 
eat 600-700 cals a day only protein, and drink hella water, lower ur sodium too

If u eat lean white fish you can still hit ≈ 150g protein with this low calories
 
yeah eat only protein, and you can lose more waterweight than fat in only 2 weeks
gl but try not to become obese again
 
this gon be a lesson for you to cut before prep. If you will manage to lose 10kgs in 2 weeks you will perform like shit because 0 glycogen and tanked hormones on comp day.
