How to loose fat during puberty??

Hi I'm 15 and half, 179cm 76kg lowkey high bodyfat and a bit chubby.
Want to loose atleast 5kg of fat. (cus fat cucks puberty)
I want to loose fat so I can decrease estrogen so my growth plates are open longer.
I'll try and start muay thai with my friend in a couple weeks. (I haven't done any sports in a year)
How can I loose fat without stunting growth??
Give me any methods or things that help.

First of all identify what you think is causing you to gain weight, if its sodas cut down on them, if its diet then start eating healthier food first,you wont stunt height unless youre starving yourself,and if your trying to lose weight make sure to go gym and do cardio so you dont get extra skin, dont cut calories too much,give solution its the check on the right

I can't go to a gym but will home workouts be good i have a pullup bar and some dumbells and bodyweight exercise. will that be enough to loose fat??

CALORIES IN VS CALORIES OUT
 
just stay in a calorie deficit i saw you said you have a pull up bar and some weights at home they aren’t the best for losing weight but you will gain muscle and loose some fat but mostly just defecit and try to run or if you don’t like running (i hate it) just walk around
