Ok so we all know that potatoes score the highest satiety index right
100g of potatoes is 77 calories, so realistically if u ate 600g of potato wedges baked in the oven every single day, you’d be at a staggering 500 CALORIES!!! a 1300+ calorie deficit even if you dont exercise
If you somehow eat the 600g of wedges and still feel hungry like a fatass, smoke a cig or pop some modafinil
If you have any sugar cravings js drink a diet coke
you can make the potatoes anyway u want as long as u use low cal oil/no oil, me personally I like to go for it baked
supplement protein and ur other micros and stuff
