I look at other people my age, they have almost no face fat, cheeks, jawline, under chin, etc. So how do I effectively lose face fat? Ive heard of some things but they never work, like idk if i’m doing them wrong or not…

Please help?

Losing overall body weight is the best method.

Ideally you should be sitting at around 10-12% body fat to have an angular face (for most people).

There's no natural way to spot reduce fat in the face. If you're willing to go unnatural, look into Ultrasound Cavitation or Fat Dissolvers (you can find guides rather easily)

Thanks for the tips…

Im around 132-135 BW at (idk if i can say my age) and very skinny. Been on mass gainer protein dhakes for about a week now and they work wonders.. but the weight is going to my face and other areas that i wasn’t trying to target.

I would say I have a BF% of like 15-18 or something (an app told me 12 but thats prolly not true)

Some people say that puberty is the biggest way you will ever “ascend” but idk…

Chin tucks, like against a wall, look all the way up, look at the way down. And neck exercises, head off the edge of your bed with your hand on top of your head, and rep out by moving your head up and down.

Yeah, I'd say start working out to gain muscle.

Maybe maingain so you can build muscle and lose the body fat at the same time? Keep in mind I'm not experienced with physiquemaxxing, so this may be bad advice. DYOR.

Puberty is one of the biggest ways to ascend if you haven't hit it yet. Healthmaxxnig is key. Being active, sleeping 8-9 hours every night, etc.

Also watch what you're eating. Make sure you're not eating high sugar and high sodium foods.

Those would work for posture and building your neck muscles, which are important to ascending.

I don't think those would burn a molecule of face fat, however.

I’ve never tried mass gainers but I have tried protein shakes and to be honest bro it might sadly be up to genetics on how you body digests and takes in what you give it. I suggest eating more whole foods in larger portions if you’re looking to gain weight which it sounds like you are

I have been working out for awhile in a school-program weights class about to he two semesters and hopefully through my senior year (currently freshman) and i’ve gained strength just not the look of it.

What is “maingain”. I was thinking if i fat up a tiny bit that muscles would come in easier (so i have been told)

I started eating better, like not really eating dyes, seed oils, and i guess “goyslop” stuff which is hard because of how much of it there is and how hard it is to avoid.

I try to get a high potassium intake and low sodium intake as well.

i have seen A LOT about sleeping, I think its the biggest factor and all my life i slept wrong and it messed up my facial bones and posture.

Do you know if “mewing” helps with a better jawline? I saw it like 3 years ago but never took it seriously.

It's just eating at maintenance calories while training so you build only muscle and gain no fat.

Good job :feelsokman:

I mean if you're under 12 years old you should always be mewing. It should be your resting tongue posture and something you do throughout the day, not something you do once everyday.

If you're over that age it's not gonna do much for your face. At that point you should just consult an orthodontist if there's any issues with your skull.

It could also be that you're a late bloomer and puberty hasn't hit yet. If it hasn't then that's most likely the cause to you still looking chubby/bloated.

i’ve heard genetics are the biggest factor of looking good. My dad is a absolute beast but when i was (i guess conceived) he said he had low T, because he took it alot in HS. and I’ve tried my hardest to figure out how to get higher Test because of what I’m hearing about high test levels increasing your drive, motivation, and gain in the gym as well.

I’ll let yall know in months time what works and hopefully I can give my own advice to people like me

get low body fat - Reta + Cagri or use DNP
debloat- Eplerenone/Amiloride + HCTZ
Fat dissolvers on Submental and Cheek area

when i was 12 i was eating doritoes and chugging gatorades and playing BO3 and fortnite 😭

i forgot to include my height and age; 132-134 5’10 and 15 which is apparently pretty average. I dont look that bloated and stuff just like around my lips like a “ring” of fat or something idk… my jawline is alright just i think my bones and fat making it look bloated/fat.
