You can’t spot reduce, just inject lipolab, lemon bottle has too many fakes going around, or if you don’t wanna do that just hop on reta.

Just get even more leaner, you can't take body fat out of a specific area. It'll go away if you lose more fat. You might also be bloated, so look up some guides on how to debloat.

As long as you're not malnourishing yourself, everything will be alright. You're still growing, so don't take any bullshit drugs to get lean and just try to get nutritious meals and cut out the unhealthy stuff and whatnot. Pair that with exercise and you'll get lean if you work hard.

By the way, 175cm is not bad at all considering you still aren't done growing. If you go to the gym (which you probably should if you're trying to look lean and good) then make sure to decompress your spine after working out because it can halt your growth if you don't. Typically you would just hang on the bar for a while, but I've heard of other techniques too.
