been only training my side delts, rear delts, calves and abs for a few weeks. I prolly gotta lower the test dose but idk.

Its honestly fine if I stay at my exact musclemass for the other bodyparts but 500 test will prolly do something so im just starvemaxxing and cardiomaxxing.

Other than that im thinking of switching from reta to tirz / sema / cagri to lose more
