How to lose the most weight in the shortest amount of time

Simple really what's the most aggressive approach that I can take to losing weight while not completely stunting my growth.
I'm 15 6'3 and about 200lbs.

I'm 15 6'3 and about 200lbs.
500kcal deficit off maintenance, 2-3ltrs water per day, 1.2g per lbs of bw protein, and consistent 15-20min cardio per day should lose weight quick within a week youll see progress and it will in total take like 1 months - 1.5months, ensure ur not starvemaxxing and eat adequate macro micro nutrients u can even supplement

for you 1.2x200=240g protein per day and as you lose the weight, proportionate protein consumption it will lower
