6 months ago I was 240 lbs at 15 years old (morbidly obese) I currently weigh 172.2 and am still going down. Here is how to lose weight fast without starvemaxxing. I don’t know how to make a post without talking a lot so it’s long sorry
0 calorie snacks and drinks
People often overlook the fact that 0 calorie drinks exist and help a lot. Making the switch from drinks like juices or normal versions of coke can instantly reduce your calorie intake by around 750. Gum is another helpful food which has little to no calories or ingredients but tricks your mind into thinking your eating.
The most important part (the deficit) search up any calorie calculator most preferably something like Mayo Clinic which is credible. Find your maintenance and subtract 700-750 and eat that many.
While on the deficit make sure you eat at-least 1g of protein per pound of body weight and train with weights hard to gain or retain muscle mass. Try to do 10k+ steps everyday aswell to make the weight drop faster
