How to lose weight fast without simply not eating

6 months ago I was 240 lbs at 15 years old (morbidly obese) I currently weigh 172.2 and am still going down. Here is how to lose weight fast without starvemaxxing. I don’t know how to make a post without talking a lot so it’s long sorry






0 calorie snacks and drinks
People often overlook the fact that 0 calorie drinks exist and help a lot. Making the switch from drinks like juices or normal versions of coke can instantly reduce your calorie intake by around 750. Gum is another helpful food which has little to no calories or ingredients but tricks your mind into thinking your eating.




The most important part (the deficit) search up any calorie calculator most preferably something like Mayo Clinic which is credible. Find your maintenance and subtract 700-750 and eat that many.

While on the deficit make sure you eat at-least 1g of protein per pound of body weight and train with weights hard to gain or retain muscle mass. Try to do 10k+ steps everyday aswell to make the weight drop faster

Just eat healthy low calorie foods

It just makes you full quick and not hungry by slowing gastric emptying making your calorific intake much lower.
You’re confusing Retatrutide with Ozempic bud. Reta is a triple agonist receptor it doesn’t just “lower hunger”

I'm a normal weight but I binged 2 and a half days ago (4K calories of ice-cream, chocolate cake, donuts, etc... on top of maintenance for the day), been water fasting since then but I just broke the fast.

Am I fucked? Basically a 56-57 hour water fast.

no bro ur fine just do 700 less than maintenance for a week then do 500. 2 days of eating won’t fuck you up but continuing a water fast will. My friend now has a heart condition from starving and water fasting idk what it’s called but just don’t starve urself

Well I think a I've defintely punished myself enough to have undone the surplus, probably lost around 0.3kg of fat which was my estimation for the fat gain 2 nights ago.

I'm fairly certain that this is a form of disordered eating though, fasting for 2 and a half days is very hard. Like yesterday I felt completely miserable.

Yeah binging then starving is 100% disordered try Reta to suppress your appetite and you won’t even be able to binge

Doesn't matter if u do a binge every so often u just gained 1lb(0.5kg) of fat from that so ur fine lol
