How to lose weight quickly at 13

Hi! I am 13yrs old, pretty much 14. I am 177cm(5'8) and approx 70kg(154LB/11 Stone) I need to lose some weight as I think it'd help me look better. I also have to get rid of the skinny fat build I have. Any tips on how? Also pls give a tip on diet. What bf% is best for growth during puberty for both height and bonemass. Just curious. Pls be kind. Putting picture of my face for extra info if required.

You’re still young and should definitely not worry about getting “hollow cheeks.” Being lean isnt optimal for height growth at a young age and being skinny fat at your age is normal. Hit the gym and do some light cardio.

U arent dimorphic at all (masculine) u are underdeveloped not grown enough for even to look good while being lean in another sense U ARE BONELESS

Depends for how long. Again i dont recommend your primary focus be on trying to lose weight at your age it can mess you up in other aspects. Mark this as solution

Thank you but in my area we can't exactly go to the gym until 16 so I can only do workouts at home
you do have these gyms calisthenics gyms you may need a resistance bands if you struggle with doing dips or pull ups.

have like 70g of fat a day high protein and carbs from potatoes or whatever you like

im 13 and i am 161cm tall, how did u grow do tall
 
Your focus should be on gaining weight right now & hitting your protein goal to maximize your height, once you hit 18 in a couple of years go on an aggressive cut with Reta. Do not cut while you're young, you need all your nutrients. MAXIMIZE. YOUR. HEIGHT. Watch what you eat though. 177cm is not 5'8 btw...............

js do sports and pray ur gentics work also I sleep 8-9 hours a day as well but as I alr said gentics is key

ye Google lied to me lol, it said 177cm is 5,8 which isn't true. I thought being overwieght was bad as it makes you unhealthy?
 
I’ve always told my brother this, and this is the reason why he’s taller than me now, but as a young person, and your young teenage years, you wanna eat as much as you can, but as much good foods, don’t be eating junk food eat good food because you wanna build up fat at 13 years old. You want to build fat, so when you turn 18 all that fat, you can convert into muscle cause right now. It’s the easiest for you to gain weight. You will also need all your nutrients to grow as much as you can. 177cm at almost 14 is insane you could probably touch 190+ if you do everything right, good luck bro

If ur proper fat cut down for a couple months then bulk up get ur protein in and dairy asw so u can grow taller and have better bones. If your bf is too low when ur going g through puberty u won't have the nutrients to grow properly.

I don't think ur overweight but if u think ur fat or other ppl have told u so i would say do the cut

ye I think my friends are overexaggerating it but ig I'll try go on a small cut and lose a few kg but not too drastically, whats the ideal bf%
