-drink water only
-only eat healthy, bro foods
-stop eating when you’re satisfied, not when you’re stuffied
-no snacking
-stay out of the house if you have the day off

My low Iq is one of the main things holding me back. Losing weight is one of the most basic, straightforward looks maxed and I haven’t been able to pull it off yet

Skip breakfast. Thats how I cut. I eat everything the same just skip breakfest, small lunch and high protein dinner with a protein shake before bed
You dont need the protein shake if u don't gymcel
 
Only eat chicken at all times.

step 1 is to stop eating, I lost 10kgs in like 1 month
 
for non extreme weight cut, just eat low carb food, no binging, thats it
for extreme speed cut just dont eat for a long time
 
Have european or asian genetics
 
Should have done with before coming to Japan
