Dead srs, I need something

Something natural

  • Follow a fiber-rich diet. Studies have shown high fiber diets promote healthy estrogen levels. For example, increasing dietary fiber can help increase fecal excretion of estrogen, which may help control levels in the body (31Trusted Source, 34Trusted Source).
  • Limit certain animal products. Some studies have shown that red and processed meats may increase estrogen in the body, so limiting these foods may support estrogen regulation (15Trusted Source, 16Trusted Source, 17Trusted Source).
  • Follow a Mediterranean-style diet. The Mediterranean diet, which is high in vegetables, whole grains, fruits, and legumes, has been associated with healthy estrogen levels and may help promote estrogen regulation (23Trusted Source).
  • Lose excess body fat. Losing excess body fat is an excellent way to reduce circulating estrogen. Plus, weight loss can help protect against many chronic diseases, including hormone-sensitive breast cancer (13Trusted Source, 35Trusted Source).
  • Limit refined carbs and processed foods. Studies have associated Western dietary patterns rich in refined carbs and processed foods with elevated estrogen levels (15Trusted Source).
  • Exercise. According to research studies, exercise may help reduce circulating estrogen levels, promote healthy estrogen regulation, and protect against chronic diseases like breast cancer (35Trusted Source, 36Trusted Source).
  • Limit alcohol intake. Some research shows that alcohol consumption can negatively affect hormones and may increase estrogen levels in some people (37Trusted Source, 38Trusted Source, 39Trusted Source).

> how much alcohol, tobacco, marijuana do you usually consume?
> do you workout in gym?
> is your diet perfectly balanced in macronutrients, vitamin and minerals (multivitamin supplements are allowed)
> do you sleep 7 hours a night?
> are you stressed all the time and addicted to masturbation?

If you anwsered well to all questions, then your hormonal profile is likely already maxxed

I'd like natural ways, but thanks
theres no natural way because if u increase T you'll also have higher estrogen.
Aromasin is the best way to decrease it
but i guess avoid pufas

Wheat/oat bran is highly effective in reducing the absorption of estrogen in gut and lowering serum estrogen.

Good comment High IQ
I will at to the animal products limit dairy as it contains mammalian estrogen (mostly in milk)
The present data on men and children indicate that estrogens in milk were absorbed, and gonadotropin secretion was suppressed, followed by a decrease in testosterone secretion. Sexual maturation of prepubertal children could be affected by the ordinary intake of cow milk.

there is even blindness among the mentioned side effects
you realise that in natty men you can't lower e more than 80% (aka still just about within the normal range) with asin

Can’t find anything on specifically seasoned cheese
This literature review claims 60-85% of estrogen found in the western Diet comes from milk and dairy
They found a maximum concentration of total estrone (sum of free and conjugated forms) in butter with 1.47 ng/g, which followed by 0.26, 0.17, 0.16, and 0.13 ng/g (or ng/ml) in cream, Gouda cheese, yoghurt, and milk, respectively. The level of 17β-oestradiol, which has been determined in that particular survey, was less than 0.02–0.03 ng/g in all milk and milk products samples
Link to study.

All I could find on this specific one comparing levels of estrogen in dairy products

This website is reputable by the physicians committee
Dairy products contain traces of estrogens from cows, and as milk is converted to cheese, the estrogens are more concentrated
But they don’t reference anything for this claim so I couldn’t be sure
The closest reference to cheese is probably from this quote
The Life After Cancer Epidemiology study found that, among women previously diagnosed with breast cancer, those consuming one or more servings of high-fat dairy products (e.g., cheese, ice cream, whole milk) daily had a 49 percent higher breast cancer mortality, compared with those consuming less than one-half serving daily
This seems to be because estrogen is the driving cause and fuel for womens breast cancer but they acknowledge in the article it could also be due to other things like IGF-1 etc.

Is that at 25mg a day?

indeed, there's not a huge difference between 12.5mg and 25mg tho tbh, atm I'm taking about 6.25mg a day.

16.5-17.5
any marked improvement in expected height?
I’m using 6.25 EOD to offset Estrogen conversion from dutasteride and gyno, if I could eek out even half an inch of height it would be the cherry on top my gynos almost completely gone reduced at least 70% in size 4 weeks in

Yea it also maintains height velocity/stops it from decelerating meaning say if you gained 1.5cm the previous year and you start using it you may grow 1-1.25cm instead of 0.5 as it tapers off, it’ll never be as strong as using HGH tho especially at a young age wish my parents were blackpilled as I am about height nowadays
