How to lower inhib without beta blockers?

cant get beta blockers- bad roi as my parents check every peice of mail we get

destroy ur life. once u have nothing to lose ur inhib will be low as fuck

progressive exposure worked for me. your brain needs to engage in the fearful act a couple times and build a habit, so that it doesn't get anxious or fearful from being social. you should start with small acts and build up progressively. this is the only natural way of doing this.

If you want to go through the faster way, pregabalin is a short term med that acts fast and lowers overactive neuron firing, so basically a volume switch that calms everything. I used pregabalin during class presentations, dates or sometimes when I want to be social. Pregabalin can give you a window where you can build the habit of being social, so you are exposed to it and your brain knows its not fearful. Pregab shouldn't be used long term and often

Order it to a friends house? If it impacts you that much I doubt it’s too hard to get a prescription for it

Beta blockers dont make you low inhib. But if you want them just ask your doc, its easy to get with social anxiety, just explain yourself
