Like I have feeling that Iam gonna throw up from excitement (haven’t went out with a girl in a year soo this feeling is probably even worse)
I feel so stressed and ill and it takes me some time to relax when I finally see her

Just drink, or understand why u r put in such a state and go past it. I think im retarded because sometimes, when im in a bad situation like speaking in front of 30 ppl, i legit stop for a second, and tell myself : woah i dont fking care of all of this tbh fuck it.
