I want to cut down on carbs and sodium because my face is bloated a lot

i have no issue with drinking a litre of milk daily, but if i for example it eggs 3 days in a row i constantly need to throw up because its so disgusting

it also sounds very unsatisfying to just eat a pound of chicken breast that tastes like nothing becaue I ofc also want to cut down on sodium

not even talking about eating organs which is highly recommended, thinking about eating a liver makes my skin crawl, how do you even make it edible???

Another fact is that basing your diet on proteins is pretty unethical.

Boiled eggs are very hard to eat. Try rührei (idk how to say in eng) i eat it on breakfast without any salt everyday for almost a year and still enjoy it.
Add fruits and vegetables to make it bearable.
When u cook chicken try to cook it in its own juice. So it wont be so dry.

prettyboy somehow manages to eat unmarinated, unspiced meat in bulk and I have no idea how he does it.

I recommend cutting out fillers before you shift to a full on carnivore diet, that means not eating rice, potatoes, couscous, or whatever they usually serve on a traditional western plate and just eating the vegetables and meat, not everyone tolerates low carb well, that being said there's also people that have the opposite.

You currently have what I call “coomer tastebuds”. Decades of processed, high carb food consumption fried your dopamine receptors so now you only find artifical food satisfying.

Carnivore diet is also about restoring your dopamine receptors. You might think now liver tastes disgusting or meat is bland, but that would change if you actually ate them for some time.

My dopamine balance is healthy, thus I find meat that is merely salted perfectly tasty and satisfying.

And let’s be honest, this state of being is the natural one, in nature if you would have caught fresh game you would get huge amounts of dopaming even by eating it raw on the spot while it’s still warm from it’s blood.

LTN currently, you have very low eye spacing ratio so you gotta lean down aa much as possible to remove width from around your zygos and to make your jaw angular
Thanks! I will start leanmaxing and potassiomaxing.

what about parasitic worms that eat your brain
Parasites are part of nature, every animal has them to some degree. If you look at sushi places and pig butcherings its clear parasites are everywhere everyday people just don’t notice or think about it.

Ofc nowadays we don’t have to eat our meat raw, I was only talking about the past
