How to make Asians look more anime

Asians are so disappointing compared to anime they make. Misgenation won’t work since hapas as well as blasians tend to be hideous save for certain cases. We’d need to look at enhancing natural T levels via diet and supplemental steroids, and even possibly culling the bottom 80% of males and 60% of females to help give them a fighting chance. Males with straight hair and females with excessively large knickers will be allowed to remain. Any other ideas will be considered. Thank you.

Whites are already peak human, why would I try to replicate the same dish when I can invent an entirely different culture.
