How to make hair look wet

hair when just out of shower is perfect, colour, the style, perfect. But when dry it’s shit. How do I achieve a wet hair look all day?

Tried gel and mousse doesn’t achieve the just out of the shower look because it’s too shiny and during the day wears off, should I try maybe leave in shampoo or something?

I want the colour of when I have wet hair without dying it and because I have curly hair I don’t want any frizz

Usually maintains the frizz
