Only works if your hairline / narrow face is the issue. What if you have a long midface? Nothing can really save you especially if youre not recessed and have a wide face ( compared to the average ) already

Your prob right...I would say MSE but that’s hit and miss like most stuff.

lip lift with le fort 1 if necessary.

You can get botox to lower eyebrow, will make your eyebrow drop so midface smaller.
If your philtrium is long you can get lip lift.
Grow a beard reduce midface length.

Yeah I think lefort 1 with ccw could truly work, still not for everybody

Lip lift would be more beneficial bc it shortens the philtrum.
