How to make skin smooth?

I have put Vaseline on my face to make it reflective, but my skin is not smooth so I just look sweaty. I also have eyebags or something else I’m not sure which so it doesn’t look good unless I have good lighting and angle. I’m also asymmetrical and I’m not really sure how to fix but I have started to make sure I sleep on my back

I have blessed skin genetics only spots around my nose get acne except for the occasional bump on my cheek

Tazarotene isn't just for acne brother it completely remodels ur skin. It's not like Isotretinoin.
