- then the diet should be
- AT LEAST one pound of meat a day, red meat is best. Anything less is severe malnutrition.
- rarely eat ground meats so you have to chew and develop your facial bones
- 3 egg yokes a day
- 1 can of sardines every other day
- organ meat once a week
- only organic plant food
- no sugar EVER
- no grains EVER
- no vegetable oils EVER
- only 30 percent of calories should be carbs, mostly from fruit and potatoes
- 80 percent of fats should be animal fats. Other good fats are olive oil and avocado.
- ENOUGH CALORIES AND PROTEIN
- drink only filtered water or spring water
With this kind of nutrition your kid wont need braces and will have perfect straight teeth. It will have well developed bones and will be as tall as genetically possible. It wont have any skin problems or allergies and will be healthy as fuck. (just like every other animal on its natural diet)
Lifestyle:
- make sure your kid gets enough sleep every single day
- reduce all stress factors
- no internet until 13 years old
- team sport like basketball, football or soccer
- as much contact with other kids (boys and girls) as possible for social IQ max
- tv only 3 hours a day
- kids should play outside in nature on sunny days for vitamin D and good eyesight to prevent needing glasses
