An aegyo sal is not an eyebag it's baby fat under the eye above where actual eye bags are. As you can see in the image above, in the after eye. On my left eye my aegyo sal is clearly visible and it makes my eyes look much better and more well suited to my features, but on my right it's not visible at all it's barely there and looks like the before it makes one eye seem bigger than the other. Is there any way to fix this naturally and if not what surgeries would help with this?
