How to mask ND mannerisms and speech patterns?

I feel like I inadvertently talk in a very weird manner that draws attention to the fact that I am not NT and would like to change this. I do not notice that I am doing it but on hearing my voice played back to me from a recording I can tell that the pitch fluctuates much more than NT voices do and my wording just makes me sound autistic.
Pls help
