Well if you want actual good coloring you're going to need to be tanned (naturally or unnaturally).

You can run Mt-1 + Ghk-cu + bpc157 + kpv for clear skin and god tier coloring. Those are peps at least that are good for that.

Well you can use MT-1 and not need to go in the sun, and you will be fully well tan.
