how to maxamize?

can someone give me tips so i can know what to do exactly?

ima just say all of my flaws :

i have a longish face , and having curly hair with volume isnt helping it either , cant make it shorter or itll show my big forehead

a big nose

and a slighty negative canthal tilt

what can i do to maxamize my flaws to the better or in general
