How to maximise puberty?

I am currently 13
5,7ft
55kg
Any ways to fully maximise my puberty anything ranging from height, health, frame, facial bone structure and diet (what foods should I eat and avoid)
 
Sleep before 12:00 (when your body releases gh) if you skip that you lose main gh pulse
Eat plenty of beef, chicken, fish, raw milk would be great for health in general. Organs would be beneficial.
Don't stress, especially in school (if you fail a test you fail nobody cares at your age)
You can look into gh and other stuff for growth in botb
Most importantly just enjoy life at your age

Circadium rhythm and eat well mostly red meat and milk
