strength training, weight baring movements (like walking, running, jumping), vitamin d from the sun, eat calcium, vitamin k2, magnesium, and lots of protein, get good sleep (like 9 hours), have a healthy amount of testosterone and estrogen (estrogen is indeed needed to build bone, just not too much), and eat sardines, yogurt, kefir, bone broth, stuff like that.
don't: smoke, drink alcohol, eat low-calorie diets.
Remember, even if you implement this it will take months if not years to actually see results btw.
