How to maximize growth in puberty

Im currently in puberty barely even began how do i maximize my height and forward growth and everything. What should i do to assure that i maximize my height and facial features?? Excluding taking peptides or steroids. Please tell me seriously

Sleep well (before 10 pm, no screens 1 hour before bed, 9 hours asleep, not just in bed), get morning sunlight to set your circadian rhythm

Eat plently of protein, dairy (calcium), vitamin D (sunlight), vitamin K from meat
Exercise to increase metabolism and also athletic halo

Don't stress too much (cortisol -> aromatase -> growth plates closed, no more growing) or let retarded users on here spike ur cortisol
Don't doomscroll (especially at night, a good way to fry your dopamine and make you not grow as much as you could)
Don't eat soy or estrogenic products (estrogen closes your growth plates)
Don't be depressed (makes your face and vibe look worse)
Don't studycel or allow your parents to studycel you (yes, you need to study but reasonably)

I always go to sleep around 10-11PM sometimesn now that its summer i do 12PM sometimes, but i am so annoyed that sometimes even though im tired and want to sleep 10 hours i wake up after like 7 hours for literally no reason, i tried going to sleep later at like 2 am and still woke up at 8 am for no fucking reason and couldnt go back to sleep??? How to stop this can you guys tell me??

Exercise more (at least 1 hour a day, preferably a combination of sports and just running around/sprinting), no phone 1 hour before bed, be super hydrated throughout the day so that you can drink very little water ~1 hour before sleep. Make sure to have a little bit of sugar/carbs during/after dinner as well. You need enough glucose in your bloodstream through the night.

It's very important to sleep around 10 pm or earlier to maximize HGH -> growth happens during deep sleep around 12 am - 2 am, so you need to be in bed latest at 10 pm.

It is OK that when you sleep at 2 am you wake up at 8 am. You need to go outside in the morning before 9 am to get morning sunlight, which resets your circadian rhythm.

Make sure you are not mouth breathing (for sleep quality and for jaw development), you need to be mewing during sleep. Consider nasal strips to increase oxygenation during sleep. Pray or meditate / read a book before bedtime to calm nerves.
