Damon braces, palatal expansion (MSE, MARPE, etc) , reverse pull headgear, i guess nose breathing and good posture and good chewing but thats it atp

mewing CAN help if you do it at the very start of puberty
it CAN help if you do it at later stages but i dont know how well itll work
some people say it does jackshit but me personally i believe it does work
why?
because in babies and children mewing (proper tongue posture) promotes forward growth - if you are in an early stage of puberty mewing can probably guide forward growth

if you are not at the very start of puberty then dont expect too much results
orthodontics work best and you should get a consult
make sure they are certified in things like MSE, MARPE, headgear and BAMP.
